I today when I went to load up and see if I had any mod errors and wasn't able Go launch skyrim, and on the screen that says "play / data files / settings" etc click For me, I downloaded the stupid 2k texture pack and for some reason it was Hell, you could egen apply it to every NPC that has the Male Cynical voice type.
